We are honored that you have interest in participating at our event. There are a few things we would like for you to know before filling out the form.
1. Our event sells out far in advance. Some people have been waiting for several years to attend. We do our best to get new people in but it's not always possible.
2. Our event is INVITATION ONLY, however, we recognize that we do not know everyone so if you are an amazing artist or vendor, we want to get to know you!
3. We are very selective with who gets to do our show and who gets to come back to our show once they have participated. We do not cater to egos or large personalities. We are a family event that supports the most talented artists on the planet. We expect our artists and guests to be confident in their abilities but act accordingly to the vibe of our show. Artists who create problems are not invited back and its permanent. We know the tribe we want and we do not deviate from that. Be humble, be cool and do amazing work and you'll fit right in.
4. If you are not chosen to attend, it's not personal. Our roster / waiting list is long. If the show is sold out there is nothing we can do. If we have people on the list prior to you, we need to respectfully accommodate them. When you sign up, you are in line as well. We will do our best to get you in.
5. If you are chosen and we send you an invoice for your booth, you have a very short time period to act upon it. If you don't act fast, you lose your spot. Others are waiting and ready to reserve their spots immediately. Be prepared to do the same.
