Attend as an ARTIST

Aloha! Thank you for your interest in wanting to participate in the 2026 Pacific Ink & Art Expo. Although we are an invitational-only expo, we welcome all tattoo artists from around the world, the U.S. Mainland and here in Hawai'i, to apply. We reserve a percentage of booths for returning artists, and booths for new artists / first timers. Our show does sell out a year in advance, however, we do consider all applications and review all portfolio’s submitted. Please keep in mind, everything is based on availability, seniority and skill level. We pride ourselves in delivering the best high-quality show possible. Submitting your application does not ensure you a booth, however, it does let us know who you are, and we will automatically add your name and tattoo shop to our waiting list for the next and following years.

To get licensed as a Tattoo Artist in the state of Hawaii you must have 4 items, you are responsible for obtaining these items:
1 - Valid BBP Certificate: Cathy Montie, Pro Training, Biologix etc

To reiterate: A HAWAII STATE license is required to Tattoo at our show. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to Tattoo No Exceptions. You also will not get a refund on your booth if you fail to get licensed. Do not wait on this. Handle it fast and get it over with. You will need a TB test medical form (showing negative) a Syphilis report form (showing negative) and your application. These forms are available via the links above. These along with BBP are required.
