Artist Registration

Artist License & Registration

All artists attending the Expo are REQUIRED to obtain a tattoo license from the State of Hawaii - Even if you have a license in another state, you still need to get a new one for Hawaii. They are non transferrable. and there are no exceptions to our state law. We would hate for you to show up excited to work but be told you can't tattoo, so please, do not skip any step in the process. Follow instructions and you will be fine.
