Artist License & Registration

All artists attending our show are REQUIRED to obtain a tattoo license from the State of Hawaii. Our state only accepts a valid Hawaii based license. Your license from whatever country or state you are from is NOT VALID here. There are no exceptions. This is the law. We would hate for you to show up excited to work but be told you can't tattoo, so please, do not skip any step in the process. Follow instructions and you will be fine.

All Hawaii tattoo licenses expired as of Dec 31, 2018.

All Tattoo license applications are to be applied as new with the $75 fee.
